OK, I just made winning bid on a SCAR 17, now how the heck do I get magazines for the thing?
I have a SCAR 16 and found that the PMAGS are too tight, but the EMAGS ARE SWEET. Yeah, they are plastic Thermallator, but I'd have to test them in -20 degrees to see if they become brittle, not all plastic gets brittle when cold and I really like the clips that keep the ammo covered and pressure off the feed lips.
Anyway, back tot he SCAR 17; Geez, I don't get why FN can't get magazines to market. They could have the USA factory pump those things out like mad. and sell them for the standard pirate rates. Magazines are realtively easy to build and I'm sure FN gets a nice markup. So what the heck, I'll wait I guess, but I've never liked C Products the quality has been indifferent at best.
Maybe C Products will put some effort into these and corner the market with a quality magazine.
So what are people doing for magazines now? I'm not crazy about using modified FAL mags?

No, no, no, no, no, I don't do lines. I'll have to find a way to snatch those mags before you even find out they are available LOL.

I hear you guys. I just bought a limited edition fde in addition to the black 17 I already have - you know why? It has two mags, that's why!!
