Dealer called and said he had one of the Limited Tan 17s with the hard case and certificate. I plan to shoot it and not "collect" it.
I have a 16s and like it alot; just hate be an early adopter and realize I should have waited for the next edition.
Realistically the 17s will have all the accuracy I need; curious how much more the SSR will cost
So what's your opinions? 17s now or hold out for SSR?
Thanks
"Limited"?!!Please tell me you're joking!
I HAVE to get a FDE 17s, but there's no way I'm going to be able to afford one if it's only a limited edition. What are you thinking FN?!
ETA: I'm really hoping this just means the receiver is marked on both sides and comes with a fancy certificate like the first edition SCAR's.
Well the certificate are limited in quantity.
Guess they come with a hard case also
So its not really a limited edition, just the limited amount of the first run

I too am looking at that SSR, however, I spoke with a contact at FN. The SSR is probably out until 2012, earliest, and the price is going to be scary.
