You guys aren't kidding, she looks miserable. That's funny.
That 17 sure is nice though.
I agree -- the rifle is very nice.
You guys quit picking on the lady holding it - she is just doing her job - and not everyone can be Vanna White and smile through anything (otherwise, we wouldn't appreciate Vanna White as much)....
Besides, I think her hair matches the FDE perfectly.
As for me, I really like the black 17Ss better. But to each their own!
Well maybe she can smile nowit sold for $3400
That isn't TOO awful of a price. I kind of feel the 17, as a .308. should be okay for a bit more than the 16s. But I'd accept a more affordable one!Originally Posted by ss109

But if that was around average in the beginning, and folks feel properly humbled because they spent $5K plus for the 16s, maybe thechaos will not be forthcoming. (crossing fingers)
Talking $hit through anonymity is a sign of weakness. Point your weapons outward. Not inward.

I thought I read somewhere that $3288 was MSRP.
$3400 for a rifle that is of this quality and in scarce supply is acceptable -- market price is best defined as what a willing buyer will pay a willing seller....
