PMAG Modification

Do you think Magpul would ever make SCAR 17S mags ?

I talked to Magpul and they told me that they will not make Magpul mag for the Scar-17 at least not at this time because there isn't enough room in the magazine well in the 17 to make a polymer magazine and still pass their strength standards of course this is just from one of their technicians, On another note he confirmed that you can store their magazines fully loaded and it doesn't weaken the spring. Springs weaken from constant use (expanding and contracting).

Just joined. Saw the videos and read through some of the content about modding a PMAG to work for the 17. How reliable are the mags after you have modded them?
