    Very nice indeed.

A pure democracy operates by direct majority vote of the people. When an issue is to be decided, the entire population votes on it; the majority wins and rules. A republic differs in that the general population elects representatives who then pass laws to govern the nation.

You should buy bulk and sell to members...$60 for FN mag is nuts!

Making the Thermold FAL metric magazine fit the SCAR 17

New thermold FAl metric magazine unaltered

Remove the tabs on the front with a file, make them flush with the body

File the feed lips straight as shown

Make a hole in the side of the magazine, I use a dremel

Start cutting the hole with an exactor knife to 90%, (caution) as you start getting it close to done check it frequently in your lower, the top of the hole is the most important, if you go to high it will not hold the bolt open on the last round

Use a needle file for finishing

That’s it you now have a SCAR 17 Mag

Nice. Almost makes me regret spending as much on the FN mags as I did today, but, oh well. Might have to order a Thermold mag and try it myself.

They work but they are not the most robust, I am not sure about the how sturdy they are but for 16.00 if they last a for a while then that's good for me.

might make one a 5 rounder for deer hunting

Took a chance and tried to make one. They work just fine. Yes they are not as robust as the real deal but I like em better than Magpuls. Going to convert the other 4 tomorrow. I'll paint em too. Thanks

Hmm, got a link for mag source? Might have to buy a few and try this for range mags.
