Back a few days ago when they listed these I purchased 10 of them. I have a tracking number and they should be here by the beginning of next week. My phone conversation with them was very friendly. I will let you know as soon as they arrive.

Here's a response from jjalcede to clarify:

These Mags are FN factory SCAR-17 Mags, designed specifically for the SCAR-17. They are covered by the FN factory warranty, and all have passed FN's peformance quality control, but may have minor blemishes that prevented FN from selling them as new.

These Magazines are not FAL conversions; they are specifically designed as SCAR magazines, and they do have the hole for the magazine latch on the SCAR.

Yes, only difference in the $5/mag price is that these are new in the box.
