So much powder is being burnt out of the barrel on a short barrel 5.56.
Look at the muzzle blast on a 20 in barreled 5.56 weapon!!! Ammo dependent btw.

I hate PMC because it has so much flash.

The only upside is ammo compatibility with it's bigger brothers. Fireball and concussion render it useless in CQB unless you have a muffler, hearing protection, and welding goggles.
The 5.7 is a longer bullet and will tumble - whereas the 5.56 will not.
At short distances, the 5.7 has the upper hand over a 7" 5.56 barrel.
Still, I want one.

It's the wrong damned color! I guess after a trip to the cerekoter, it would be worthy...

someone should start a poll on whether or not they would by a 5.7 or the pdw![]()
While I think a p90(not ps90!!) has an advantage for close combat ballistics, ammo capacity, and recoil the PDW would sure be a sweet piece to have.
That looks wicked awesome!
It's all about freedom budd..
According to the website of FN the PDW version will be on sale this year.

I'm going to assume LE only... not expecting semi auto versions.
