I have a burris eliminator on my rifle, it gets about as many questions/loooks as the FNAR when I go to the range. I've been well pleased with the laser range finder/trajectory compensator. I haven shot it past 300 yards but it seems to be dead on. Probably "it can handle anything I can do so far" is a more fair statment.
I've recently been to the range with my FNAR and new glass: Simmons Whitetail mil-dot 6-20X w/ Burris X-high rings.
Happy to report good accuracy, bright and clear optics, and the finish was better than the Bushnell of similar price. Very pleased for $125+/-
I'm a non-competitive paper shooter and may use it for occasional hunting.

i don't own an FNAR but am looking at the SXAR. I have a Schmidt and Bender 1.1-4x24 PMII FFP mildot with red dot and IR features on it that does not have a home right now. I just don't think i can justify the mark up on basically the same weapon. IDK. Maybe just get an AR 10!
I have a Redfield 4x12x40mm on my FNAR and so far it's awesome!!!! FNAR3.jpg
