They are coming out with an AR in what you would call a traditional bolt action type McMillan stock (NO PISTOL GRIP)

I guess you could call it a free floating barrel but I wouldn't. If you use a pod or rest, you are resting on the barrel because the fore end is not solid against receiver, it floats. When I shoot with bags, I put them right in front of the mag. Less barrel stress and it is more accurate, try it. Originally Posted by Smith

No clue, but I did call FNH and told them that it was bad ass and when will the stock be available. Bob(fnh) had no clue, but that was FNH's booth at last years shot show.
