I haven't had to adjust mine, so looking at the system, the silver hex head screw appears that it acts as a positive lock for the Allen head screw at the 6 o'clock position.

    Do this:

Back out the side screw completely.

Back out the 6 o'clock screw completely.

Shine a light in the barrel while looking into the screw's hole at the 6 o'clock position.

If you see light, that's the regulator screw. And adjust it accordingly.

BTW, take note of the position of the screw (how many turns it takes to remove it) before removing it, so you can have a baseline.

That makes perfect sense. Yes it seems like the side screws locks the allen screw in position so it doesnt turn during recoil. I will definitely try that

Ok, i took the rifle to the range yesterday. When you unscrew the allen screw all the way and you shine a light you can see it in the barrel. If the silver side screw is taken out and you shine a light down in there, you dont see it in the barrel, but you do see a glimmer of the light in the gas block???

Also there is a tiny tiny screw on the exact opposite side of the silver screw. This appears to be a locking screw that locks the silver screw in position cause they do meet in the middle. Neither side screw touch the allen screw in the middle.

Needless to say, i tried every combination. With both the side screw and allen screw all the way in, one of the backed out one turn at a time, both of them backed out at the same time one turn at a time, and none of them made the gun cycle. All inputs appreciated.

The little screw on the side of the block is the gas adjustment screw.
Dont mess with it too much.
What I did was screw it all the way in, so the gun does not even cycle. Then do a 1/4 turn out and shoot and see what the bolt does.
Basically you dont want the bolt slamming back into the receiver.
    Good luck.
FN tells you to ship the gun back to them to fix it...lol..
