INSTRUCTIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Mail a dated copy of your sales receipt including the firearm’s serial number, a
copy of page 3 of your BATFE Form 4473 (or a signed letter from your dealer stating he will not release a copy of the Form
4473), and this rebate form, along with a photocopy of your Military or Law Enforcement identification (or the notary’s
signature and stamp in the space above verifying your Military or Law Enforcement identification) to:

(The BATFE Form 4473 or Firearms Transaction Record is a U.S. Government document that must be filled out when a
person purchases a firearm from a Federal Firearm License holder.)

I spoke with a representative who stated that this rebate was extended until 12/31/11. I also had recieved an email stating that the rebate would be announced sometime this month, so keep an eye out for it. It'll come back soon.

I also emailed them back in February and was told that they would be putting a new one out in march. Also said that if i bought it in feb it would still be honored.
