Threads are locked for very few reasons. One reason is when an item is listed for sale and is sold or it does not meet the listing requirements. This alerts members that the item is no longer available or the listor has failed to provided the minimum information as required by the rules. There are other reasons that a thread may be locked at the moderators discretion, however it is the policy of FNForm.net to allow open discussion with minimal inteference by staff members. As such, this thread will remain open and be allowed to retire to the archives should no other comments be made.

We had to order a new safety for an FNP. The lady was arguing that CIF had the wrong part or that we had a poor understanding of the parts-list.
We directed her to FNF and to the appropriate page with the parts diagram and the numbered parts list.
She replied "Oh, I don't have that list you have there".
We got the right part and the lady at FNH customer service has new reference material. FNF.
