POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Anyone else had the same piss poor response from FN customer support that I have?? I've spent well over $5K with this company, own three FN fireamrs and simply need a raplacement owner's manual for my SCAR 16s rifle! I've gotten absolutely NO response after calling, emailing and doing anything else I can think of. One lady I did get thru to had a sobby uncaring attitude! I am real tired of the piss poor customer support from FN!!!

Thanks, but I need the hard paper copy. The booklet that came with my rifle. I am meticulous with my collection and need the actual manual itself. I cannot get any satisfaction from FN, so any help appreciated!!

Thanks for the help, but that seller on Gunbroker wants $40.00!! for the manual!! Not in THIS lifetime!! What a ripoff!!

Hopefully someone can come up with a reasonable resolution to my problem...meantime I'll continue to get after FN. After spending over $5,000.00 with them I believe they can give me a freaking paper manual!!

$40 on Gunbroker is a real good price - it is after all GUNBROKER, the most overpriced gun parts source in the world! Where else could you expect to find a $0.15 item priced for $299.00?

Hahaha...indeed! While I'm at it...my fiance' heard me on the phone to FN again today. I showed her an online picture of what the manual looks like too. So after I hung up she said "Honey, let me get that box out of the closet." She did and lo & behold, pulled out the OWNER'S MANUAL!!
So I have it back; she had put it away ion a box & didn't remember it til I showed her a picture!!
