    The rules do say so. They also say that pistol mags must be fully loaded, in keeping with the overall theme of "shoot what you carry". Seams to counter itself one must be fully loaded and one must be 75%.

    Competiton leads innovation.

    Overall I'm just glad the weapon is allowed to compete. At the most I'll need to carry a spare magazine on that round of fire.
