    Protest the holster companies.

I know I'm not the only one, who is frustrated trying to find a holster. I have found one IWB kydex holster, a blade-tec. For a lovely price of $70 plus. I will not pay that much for a piece of plastic. I have worked in mold shops, and in no way do they have that much money in one holster. I have used $25 uncle mikes for my 92 and Xd for a while. Never had one single problem. Heck I would be happy with a fobus. I have a Desantis pancake holster for my Xd, the FN fits but the holster rides to low and it's a pain to reholster. What if we combined our collective thoughts, and buged the crap of a holster company to make holsters for the FN. Start out simple, and go from there. Obviousaly FN has quit the folowing. So why the lack of holster options. Sorry just needed to vent a bit. Still I love my sexy motha FN!

    hmm

yeah im pretty aware of this thread since im the one that started it lol. I dont think they are related thou besides both being about a holster. We are wanting to get some cheaper quality products made for fnp's like they are made for other gun companies.

Two words that don't go together.

People don't blink when it comes to spending a grand for a pistol but then they want to stuff it in a $15 holster.

    Sad, very sad.

    hmm

I dont think anyone here said anything about a 15 dollar holster. Is it wrong to want items for our guns? If you want to buy stuff at the high prices and give it to me then hey im cool with that. I dont mind spending money on good quality stuff but I want a reasonable price. Cheap and quality can go together if the free market demands it

Nothing wrong with getting items for your guns.

Cutting corners on a quality holster ranks right up there with spending high dollars for a rifle then sticking a Tasco scope on it.

Spend the money and get a good holster and you'll have it for life and it won't let you or your pistol down when you need it.

I have holsters that are over 40 years old and they still look great and work as they should. They were not cheap even back then.

But good luck with your "cheap and quality" search.

You do not have to spend $70 + for a plastic holster, that did not cost near that to even produce. I know I have worked in the plastic molding industry. I have used $25 uncle mikes for years, and they have been great holsters. If you want to mail me $70 I will gladly buy a blade-tec.
