Nice Pictures! How do you like the holster so far? I am thinking about getting that same holster for my FNP-45 (the non-tactical version). Would you recommend this one as well as these mag carriers? Also, how does it feel when you convert it to inside the waistband? Thanks! Sweet looking set up again my friend!
I have not had the chance to try it IWB yet. I have wore it on two occasions for about 6 hours each time. While the pistol itself is a rather large weapon it carried quite comfortably even when seated and drawing and reholstering the pistol was easy. The magazine carriers held the mags securely but again they were easy to draw. The only thing I think I might change about the holster and magazine carriers would be to offer the attachment loops in a semi rigid nylon or rubber strap and in sizes from 1 1/2" through duty belt size as an option. Overall I'm very satisfied with them both and have the same holster with a SF - X300 attached on backorder. I may have to get the heat gun and dremel tool out as the holster will not work with my RM 06 installed.

thanks I have been looking for a holster while waiting for my fnp tactical 45 thanks for the info
THINK BEFORE YOU SAY SOMETHING STUPID
I just received 2 of the DSG Alpha holsters, one for my FNP-45 and one for my FNP-45T with TLR-1 light and Trijicon RMR sight.
I am disappointed that they mold this thing formed to fit the safety in the "FIRE" position on a pistol designed to be carried "cocked and locked."
The safety can be moved to "SAFE" but it pushes or flexes the side wall of the holster out, and the safety selector is most secure or at rest in the molded notch at the "FIRE" position. I'm not comfortable with that. If I only intended to carry this pistol as though it were a double-action-only, it would be OK I guess, but that is not my intention.
Here is the selector in the "SAFE" position:
The pictures above are of my FNP-45, my FNP-45T has the same problem with the molding of the safety position, plus there is not enough clearance for the Trijicon RMR. I would have to attempt to cut away about 1/4" of the kydex material on the top of the slide to allow the RMR sight if I am going to keep it.
I'll probably send them back.

UPDATE: I just got an unexpected call from DSG Arms, apparently they read my posting and investigated the matter. According to DSG, the prototype holster that they accepted for production was molded to support the selector in the "SAFE" position, but somewhere along the line in production, the sample gun that was used for the molding got switched to "FIRE."
They are having all current inventory of these sent back to be reworked to support the safety in the "SAFE" position and they are going to take care of the two holsters I purchased.
Generally I believe in taking care of customer service issues with a vendor directly before going online, and it was not my intent to slam DSG. The customer service on the purchase was great, I just didn't like the design features of the product so I was inclined to return it. I thought other FNP-45 owners would want to know how the holster fit as well. I guess the fact that DSG is both the manufacturer and the retailer in this case is unusual; I never expected the manufacturer would consider changing a design feature based on my feedback.
Anyway, take heart FNP-45 owners, DSG Arms is aware of the issues and they are "on it." They are also going to look into making the FNP-45T holster accept the Trijicon RMR.

Wow, that is incredible service!
Are you otherwise pleased with the holster? This looks like a nice IWB option.

Yes, otherwise it seems very nice. I have only worn it OWB since I have a Crossbreed SuperTuck for the FNP-45. Thus far, I like it, and when the safety position issue is corrected, I will be 100% satisfied.

Ahh, so you like the Supertuck for IWB a little better?
Anyone out there wear the Supertuck on the small of their back vs. their hip?
