Our instructor for our concealed-carry class to obtain a Utah CCW permit showed us this video. We were debating on when if at all it would have been lawful to use our carry weapon to defend ourselves. We reached the conclusion that when the man approached the drivers window and busted out her window that it would have been the appropriate time.

When you pointed the gun at him and he didn't stop advancing is when you drop the hammer is what we were told. Theres no way if I saw that coming and I couldn't get out of there I would just let him walk up and start smashing the windows.

The driver of that car had a very valuable weapon they were not using..... the car. I would have ran his ass over in reverse, then parked the car on top of him and waited for police to arrive...... well living in a state where I can carry a gun I would have hit him with the car, and then if still stuck in traffic and he was moving shot him... but thats just me.
