This is an original OD/Black SOE Patrol vest from John Willis it like new and never been fielded. The vest holds 12 AR mags or 8 .308 mag in the four pouches plus a total of 3 pistol mags.


The vest also has the following additions to the base vest:


1. Hydration Bladder carrier plus and unused bladder
2. Patrol pack with one large pocket and two side pockets detachable from vest
3. 500ml utility pouch
4. Upper vest utility pouches X2
5. Smoke grenade pouches X2
6. Dump pouch with drop leg band and 2 attached pistol pouches
7. USGI pistol belt

Is this the orginal version from John or once BDS took them over? I guess year of production would help me know for sure. Also, it is possible to put it on to see it fully buckled up? (not to sound funny but its hard to see how it sits on the body lying flat on the floor ).
