OK folks, here is the updated determination that I received from BATFE on the above projectile (I have been expecting this for some time now). Although I am not surprised at this considering what has happened recently with a certain ammunition manafacturer, it still stinks but it is the latest determination. So act accordingly. This projectile is now considered AP if loaded into the FiveseveN handgun. THIS PROJECTILE CAN NOT BE USED IN ANY PISTOL.
