disregard on this. I am still working something that might solve the problem.........

That's over my head, but if my light knowledge on the subject serves, the primers are the weak point on 5.7 cartridges. I sure don't know why 35k would be popping them. Could it have to do with seating the bullet too deeply? I have no idea what I'm talking about, I just threw that out there.
That is the nature of this round. Very very finicky. Can't say I have had the same experience as I do not use Blue Dot. I stick with True Blue for all my 5.7 loads. Your OAL looks good. I don't trust Quickload with this cartridge. Blue Dot is a slightly slower burning powder than True Blue and I would have expected similar results for the same weighted bullet. With 6.3gr of True Blue with a vel of 1897, I wound up with 2 cratered and 8 pierced primers. It is evident that 7.0 of Blue Dot was too much and this just verifies my feelings about the use of Quickload with the cartridge.
A pure democracy operates by direct majority vote of the people. When an issue is to be decided, the entire population votes on it; the majority wins and rules. A republic differs in that the general population elects representatives who then pass laws to govern the nation.
