Good question
I have been trying to e-mail them for a couple of weeks now. The e-mail doesn't go through. I am not a happy camper. They billed me two weeks ago but I am not getting any responses.

From what I hear he is very busy, and will get back to you. Just be patient, try in a couple weeks, keep cool.

I have gotten timely responses from them...
They did say in their last email that they were expanding. That might be the reason for their slow email responses.
