Anything on the SCAR conversions??????

We have the 300 AAC Blackout coming through in a couple of weeks, haven't had time to fine tune the bolt issues with the other conversions yet. Doing prototypes is one thing but production items are a very different process. The 300 AAC blackout uses the standard bolt and magazine so is easy.

Anything new developing in this area? I'm particularly interested in the 22lr conversion for the scar that uses the stock barrel probably later this year.

Yes, the 22 kit for the 16 will be out soon, the one for use with standard barrel can dirty the gas system like a AR15 kit does but we have a gas plug in the works to block off the port to the gas cylinder. This will keep your piston and cylinder area clean from 22LR ammo use. We still recommend cleaning the bore before using 5.56mm ammo again of course.

I was wondering, I noticed that that 9mm kit that used to be listed on your website isn't on there anymore. Is that not going to be produced anymore? I also liked that kit and want to get it as well. Just curious.

Yes, the plug will be available with the standard barrel kit.

Actually a interesting story, the 9mm kit is back on the "to do" list, we were considering putting it on the backburner but a recent demo of the prototype to a interested group has made it worthwhile producing. We will add to the production run numbers to cater for the semi auto Civvy market and the good news is this will make the kit cheaper too.
