Looking for a gun case..

Well my wife has been reminding me every other day our boy is turning 1 in two weeks and wants the guns to be locked up. Im good with that and agree with her. So i want a gun case that can hold 3 rifles, 1 shotgun and a few handguns. I don't have an armory, but I believe until your kids can be taught gun safety and respect them they should be locked up. Im opting out by locking them with the locks they come with..will it work? sure....i just don't trust myself with multiple keys to be 100% honest and its a hassle i think.
So im in the market for a decent safe, not the creme of the crop. Just a functional one and the doors wont fall off the hinges in the first week of ownership. Id like to stay in the ballpark of no more then $500. It doesent have to be 5000 degree tested safe either...thats what my USAA insurance is for. I dont have any collectables except my scar..lol jks although it is my pride and joy. I been looking for adds on craigslist but most are in the price range of 700-1000 and can house way more guns then i ever expect to have.

Anyone out there who can point me into the right direction? what to look for...what to avoid???

I picked mine up at COSTCO which has a keypad as well as a key entry that looks a lot like a philips head. The price was pretty close to $500. The only downside is you need a few friends to help you deliver it which is okay since COSTCO has great deals on cheap pizza and beer.

You can go to dicks and get a stack on "Gun Locker" It has a good lock on the door. I put the key way higher than any one else can reach.
