I recently received an Invicta dive watch and it came with a nice case that I figured I could use to carry a couple handguns. I would love to have two layers of foam that would fit in this case. The bottom layer to hold the mags accessories and maybe ammo (for once I get my CCW). The top layer for two guns. Right now I only have the Smith and Wesson Sigma but soon I hope to have another and I'd like both to be able to fit in the top layer. Any thoughts where to get foam for this purpose that you can customize the cutouts to fit your needs? Something easy to cut, because I've tried to cut some foam stuff before and it didn't quite cut nicely.
The dimensions are:
13 3/4"
9"
3 3/4" deep
Thanks!

Get a good dense foam, lay out your weapon and what ever you want to put in the case and trace around it. Then use an electric reciprocating knife to cut the foam just go slow and follow just inside the lines you made this will keep it tight. Ive done quite a few foam cuts this way and it works great. The other way would be to get the "pick and pluck" foam and just take out what you want till it fits the way you need it to.
