I have a cannon patriot that size that I gave around $700 for local with free delivery. I bought it after I filled up the smaller cannon patriot that I gave around $600 for.
A few months ago I bought a stack on without fire protection for $250 to put some shotguns and cheaper weapons in because both cannons were full.
I think they want too much money for the safe in your link.

Your right. OP, try looking at Liberty safes. Liberty Safes USA - Liberty Gun Safes, American Made Gun Safes.- Line of Fatboy, Specialty and Liberty Safes They are made in America and very fire and break in proof. I'm not sure the amount of money you have invested in your weapons but if its a lot you should invest in a quality safe.

Make sure that you get a quality safe made with American steel. Most safes these days are made with Chinese steel which is not the quality of American steel. I did alot of research when I bought my safe and I opted for an Winchester safe made with American steel.
A pure democracy operates by direct majority vote of the people. When an issue is to be decided, the entire population votes on it; the majority wins and rules. A republic differs in that the general population elects representatives who then pass laws to govern the nation.
I bought a RedHead 51 gun for $1300 all told by the time I was done. Is it Chinese steel? Yup, but I have other theft deterrent items in and around my house, so I decided that a cheaper safe along with the other protective measures would be sufficient in the event of a break in. It also has 15 pins on the door, which I liked.
Got it all the way up to the 2nd floor of my house on top of that. Now I know no one is moving that thing out in one piece as well.
I look at the Liberty's and Ft. Knox's and came close to buying a Knox, but it's ALOT of $. Decided to spend less than half of what the 26 gun Knox's were and got a 51 gun RedHead.

KAC,
I am looking at the Liberty Fat Boy safe. I drove 35 mile to my closest dealer to scope one out and I must say the fit, finish & build quality were outstanding. I liked the fact that the hinges are on the inside and the welds were smooth. The interior was nicely appointed with cloth and you have a fair amount of flexibility with shelf configurations. It also has a factory AC port installed so you can run lights & a heater stick. This dealer wants $1600.00 for it with an optional $185.00 for delivery. I priced it out on Liberty's website & it is around $2200.00. I will probably pick mine up in my truck. They have a rebate going on now till 1/31/12. Depending on the price your savings go up exponentially. The Fat Boy has a $100 rebate. Hope this helps give you some insight. As Sarge and I have discussed at great length, the safe is to keep street thugs out. The professional perp will crack it with no problem.

I bought a safe that was on sale at Costco. I don't have the cash or the proper mounting area for a 3500lb Graffunder that would stop determined thieves, but for any 1 person smash&grab, I feel protected. It also prevents the nieces & nephews from accessing any firearms, plus is good for 30 minutes in a typical fire. Fit and finish is decent, I like the electronic lock, and that was enough for me. It was also under $600 delivered.
The model is a BigHorn 19ECB. Took myself plus 2 friends and a furniture dolly to get it upstairs. 1 buddy might have worked, but even with the door off, it's still 300+ lbs on stairs which can be tricky. The other reason we chose this model is because it sits in a closet, and the larger liberty safes I looked at wouldn't have fit through the doorway without removing the trim from the door area and possibly cutting drywall.
Next time we move, definitely will be making sure there's a solid concrete surface with sufficient access for mounting a bigger/better safe, but for now, it'll do.

btw, for people sizing stuff... I have my 10/22 and three tactical rifles with optics on the lower left side, with room for 1 more before they start bumping into each other. Lower right side I just have paperwork and stuff, but it could hold another 5 with optics. Each side has 12 notches for barrels in the shelf cutouts, but that would only work if you owned nothing but bolt guns with no optics.
Top shelf is handguns, ammo, etc. Could easily have 16-20 handguns on the top shelf if you used those neat pistol racks, but mine just sit there.
Forgot to mention my RedHead also has 6 pistol pockets in the door and several zippered pockets in the door like the higher priced safes do and it also has a fire rating of 1400 degrees for 90 minutes...
