If someone can get a picture of the Ohai Modular Holster in use within a vehicle I'll add it to the selections in the main post.
What do you mean, "...too many guns" in my house?!! Just how many knives do you have in your kitchen? Well, wouldn't that make you a "blade" nut?
I wonder if you could get one of these to work:

Probably depends on the vehicle. I think one picture is behind the seat on a pickup. Looks like it has potential.
I wonder if there is a way you could make a blade-tech holster surface mountable? Probably just a matter of taking the belt loop attachments off and using some industrial strength velcro.
I've been pondering things I could do with my blade-tech from the FNP shooters pack, since it's not my primary concealed carry holster.
I forget the site - but I saw some drop in gun safes that fit in the center console of vehicles - but, almost every one of them were made for pickup trucks.
Saw some new safariland stuff (particularly the MLS 17):

Looks like you might be able to place a couple of those in various spots with some success.

Sorry I am a little late to this. I have the Crossbreed Ohai (Left hand, XD model) in my vehicle. It's a 93 Honda Accord. Where I have it mounted, the pistol is right at the end of my hand when I straighten my arm.Originally Posted by Art SC

Now the FNP. (I just took these tonite) The FNP works just fine in it even tho the holster is for an XD.
From the drivers side the pistol is 100% concealed. Coming from the passenger's side, the said coffee cup as seen, lives in that spot, and blocks the majority of the pistol. It doesn't grab your eye.
By the looks in the FNP picture it appears the adhesive on the velcro is peeling a little. I pulled it off and redid it when I first mounted it. Looks like that wont fly. I may have to look into the 3m double sided body tape on the adhesive.
I use the holster all the time. Lean to the side, pull it out of the IWB and put it in. Reverse for when you arrive. Very easy and very subtle.
I have an 01 Dodge 2500 I will be mounting it in this spring as the truck is already tucked away for the winter.
Hope this helps. I really like the holster alot.
I thought one of those would work. Looks good![]()
