U.S. reverses stance on treaty to regulate arms trade
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.

Was just at the local toy store and heard this from the owner. A nice law abiding customer bought a whopping 5 pistols in one week. BATF, along with local police and State Police paid a visit, with lights on and arms drawn. He didnt know if the BATmen were in their ninja costumes.

Getting something made by a foreign manufacturer in another country... that is what this is for?
Pretty sure PS90s are made in Belgium.
