I recently got an AAC 762SD and I mainly shoot M80 out of my SCAR which shoots great and functions flawlessy. I haven't shot much through the suppressor yet(50 rounds), but every 3rd or 4th round wants to jam in the chamber. I ran out of time, so I didn't get to test much other ammo. I did shoot 4 rounds of British Radway(linked) which I assume exert more pressure and they cycled fine, but didn't have time to try more. I switched the gas setting to the suppressor setting so I don't believe that is the issue.
Any ideas would be much appreciated?
Thanks
Pictures of the empty brass would be beneficial.![]()

It took a while for me to get back to shoot, but yesterday I shot about 100 rounds through the suppressor and didn't have any issues. I'm happy but a little confused...if it happens again I'll snap some pictures.
My next question is whether its a good idea to wait till the suppressor cools down some before removing it or if anyone has had a similar problem. I ask because as I switched it back and forth between the scar and AR yesterday it was hard to take off while hot and I ended up taking off the muzzle brake mount. Now I need more rocksett to put it back on....rookie mistake I guess. I assume because of the expansion of the metal as it heats?
Thanks
If installed correctly, it shouldn't matter if you remove it hot or cooled down. The QD mount should stay in place.
What torque setting was used when installed? Too little and you'll have problems. More Rocksett is in order and be certain the threads are absolutely clean on both the barrel and QD mount before installation. Allow the Rocksett to cure before the next outing.
Good luck with the combination.![]()
