Looks like my neck of the woods. The SCAR ain't a machine gun! Don't see the point of a drum mag except maybe to keep one in the car for when you got no other machine gun.
Anyways, cool video![]()
The Armatac is a fine product. Mine has been very reliable in a POF AR15 and others as well. Yes it is expensive. I have also had good results with Beta's as well. In a harsh end user environment I am not sure how they compare. My Class 3 friends claim the Armatac is more reliable in full auto. The Armatac would surely look awesome in a SCAR-L!
Hi, I just checked out the Armatac website and the MSRP is now $389.99.
That makes it interesting pricewise, I only wish they'll make one for the SCAR 17 as well, that would be awesome!
The scar is also intended for the IAR role as a LMG. Not just a long barreled marksman rifle.Originally Posted by Pachinko Pistola
Just wanted to point that out. All of my FN catalogs, and SCAR specific military handouts that they sent to us in the military for procurement state this.
Talking $hit through anonymity is a sign of weakness. Point your weapons outward. Not inward.

Looks like Armatac just put out a SAW-MAG drum mag for the SCAR... Tempting at $389. Not to many other accessories out there for the SCAR
