    5.11 RIFLE CASE 42"

I purchased the 5.11 42" gun case this weekend at a local gun show. As a police officer I have my rifle loaded and ready to go. Since my rifle is equipped with an ACOG, I had difficulty finding a case that could accommodate my weapon height. I am pleased with my purchase.

Here are some of my pistols to show you how large this pocket is.

I picked up this exact case except in black a few years ago from Streichers. It is my go-to range bag and has held up extremely well under hard use. You can fold the SCAR stock and fit a folded Sig 556 in there at the same time; very versatile.

    Nice!

5.11 makes some good quality stuff. I recently got a Rush 24. Very high quality back pack.

The only thing I didn't like initially was that the zipper's were quite stiff, but they have since worn in very nice and move easily.

Anyone try the Condor® Soft Sided MOLLE Rifle Case?
It looks like the 42 inch case is the one to get for the SCAR. I was considering the 36 inch case but it sure looks like a tight fit.

I have that same case in black for my patrol carbine at work. Its an AR, my Dept. not enlightned enough to authorise SCARS... Its been a good case, fits my rifle with the Aimpoint T1 and a 20 rd. Pmag perfectly.

5.11's website is out of the flat dark earth case. Any idea where some might be?
