Magpul BAD work on the SCAR 17?

Will the Magpul BAD work on the SCAR17 without having to take a dremel to anything?

It will not fit on the 16 so I doubt it would on the 17 either. Just checked it on the 16.

    "Rough Sausage".

Too bad you can't change your moniker to that. That would be too funny.

Too bad. I have one on my M4 and it is really nice. Guess I could get all redneck and fabricate my own.

OffTopic - eventually one of the nice neighborhood mods is going to come by and pimp slap me for my avatars. And that's "Rough Influence Sausage" mister.

There's a couple other companies who will be coming out with something similar to the BAD lever. I know Troy is coming out with one. Whether or not it works on the SCAR is yet to be determined.

The problem is two-fold. The BAD lever is too short. It also blocks the left side mag release button but, that would only matter to a southpaw.

The sausage ad is okay. It's the gay porn and weirdo clowns that messed up a few guys. They'll never be the same...

I'm hoping someone puts out something like the BAD that works properly on the SCAR.

The BAD lever on the AR is a tool I really like and I believe I'd like one on the SCAR for the same reasons.

Actually, I don't think a BAD lever would screw up the the left handside mag release if it came over just a bit. One thing is that you would have to reach over it to drop the magazine.

And the Conan and mallninja avatars are totally epic. not DADT in anyway. And Frank bunny is here to help.

If I remember correctly, didn't somebody on here make their own BAD Lever equivalent, and use it on a SCAR? I don't remember who it was, but I do recall it having a relatively intricate pattern engraved on it. Maybe I'm going crazy.

    Yup, you're certifiable.

    J/K.

I think Sony posted a link to a straight one that was made by some company in the Black Rifle Room, and it cost around $50.00 but it was mfr'd for an AR.
