That lady would be Lisa. I just got off the phone with her and ordered my new levers (even though I don't need 'em, but who knows - I might later!).
They are sending me 2 replacement "Mark II" levers for $15. Shipping was $5 to TX and they will ship today.
Great customer service there. First time dealing with A.R.M.S. directly for me. Very nice experience for me - wondering why I hear so many bad things about those folks.
Its nice to hear about good customer service
Just installed my replacement adjustable ARMS levers on my Elcan. Pretty simple installation, but there are a few pitfalls (like how many of the spring washers to use with the new levers). If there is an interest I will post the steps and cautions. No Pictures taken.

Wanted to give u guys an update. FN ended up replacing my SCAR. The top rail on the new is to the MIL-Spec standard. My Elcan DR fits properly now.
A pure democracy operates by direct majority vote of the people. When an issue is to be decided, the entire population votes on it; the majority wins and rules. A republic differs in that the general population elects representatives who then pass laws to govern the nation.
OK it has been a while, but I will do the best I can. First off be very careful to not lose the very tiny roll pins that come with the adjustable levers. I did not know about them until I was about half way through the installation and had to search on the floor for quite a while to find a missing pin. Second only use three of the concave spring washers instead of the four that are used with the stock levers. They are installed round face down, round face up and round face down. When removing the roll pins from the stock levers start with the rear most lever as it is the easiest to access. When doing the front lever rotate the lever so you can access the roll pin without interfering with the front of the sight mount. It is easy to start the removal only to find out that your pin punch is tightly wedged against the front of the sight. Get the front roll pin started enough to be able to get a set of pliers on the exposed pin and pull it on through.. Once the roll pin is removed you may need to pry on the stock lever to get it to release. One of mine came right off and one needed a bit of coaxing. You will find the four spring washers I mentioned earlier under the levers. The tiny roll pins supplied with the adjustable levers are installed after you screw in the adjuster shaft far enough to allow the roll pin to act as a stop to prevent the loss of the adjuster screws. Sorry no pictures as after searching for the tiny roll pin, all I wanted to do was get it done.
