Welded on the HK Front and Rear sight, fairly difficult. My first try at the weld didn't hold the rear sight properly and about the 10th slug i fired cause it to come off. So i Re-welded the sight and now it's holding. The charging handle weld, i did not attempt, i took it to a professional welder and he did the work for me on that part. Wrapped the butt stock it para cord, just for a little comfort and besides it looks cool. My Saiga feeds low and high brass real good, have had no problems with it. Next item for the weapon is more magazines and 1 or 2 20rd drums.

That looks great! I have the same stock and was just thinking about wrapping mine with paracord tonight do you have any close-ups or a (how to) on what you did? Above the smaller slots it looks like maybe you wrapped the cord around itself? Im assuming you have a strand or two on top?
Nice job.
