Gun Stamp Bill Has Oklahoma Gun Owners Up In Arms

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A bill introduced by Representative Dan Boren has firearm owners and gun control supporters in a shootout.
The bill suggests a study into firearm microstamping.
Supporters say microstamping would help law enforcement track bullet cartridges back to the weapon. Opponents in Oklahoma say it's another shot at gun control, and their second amendment right.x

Yet another reason why Dan Boren is an idiot and the NRA is racing toward irrelavancy. While we're at it, why don't we all just march down to the local police station and leave our fingerprints and a DNA sample? I'm from Oklahoma and Dan Boren is the ONLY Dimocrat in the Congressional delegation. He represents the gerimandered welfare district in SE OK. He had to veer drasticly right to get reelected last time but there are just too many people on welfare down there, who vote.

Damn, you just kicked them S.E. Oklahoma boys nuts in with the welfare comments. Lots of good guys down there. If the SHTF, S.E. OK. wouldnt be a bad place to hold up, plenty of deer and lots of good water for fishing.

You were definitely generalizing S.E. OK....but they do have alot of banjos down there.
20 years ago we went hunting on some public Wyerhauser land and ran into a few of the locals, and yes, they are different. But everyone was armed and everyone was polite.
