    Bug out fitness

Everybody is always talking about being prepared with materials in the event of a disaster/bug out situation, who is preparing in a fitness sense? If you have to bug out even just carrying a bag with water, ammo, food, etc gets exhausting. What are your training tips?

I used to run, do dips, and pull ups wearing a weighted vest. That can help you. but I over did it and you will break down

Twice a week I put on my BOB and hike at least 8 miles on a hilly trail.

Occasionally, I'll take it on a week long hike.

I usually take with me, just a lot of water, wet wipes, and a spare T-shirt. there was a period when I always felt bad and I had severe headaches and pressure problems, so I had to wear with me a small first aid kit. Indeed, an irreplaceable thing if you are hypertonic or you have health problems. Frankly speaking, as more as I made sports as more I felt better. Also, I find many articles and fitness programs on https://www.modernfit.com/reviews that helped me to understand my eating mistakes and to correct my nutrition. Indeed, all our health problems are because of our malnutrition and lack of movement.
