    Gas jet screw replacement

Has anybody replaced their gas jet screw with another size? I believe the SCAR 16's is 1.35mm big. Did anybody go smaller and have great results?

I'm not sure you can get anything under the factory sized gas jet. PMM offers 1.4 and up. Others may chime in.

You can special order from PMM a smaller sized jet, I think as small as 1.3. You have to note this in the special notes section of the order form though.

Any smaller and maybe a spontaneous rifle disassembly
I don't get this. If a smaller jet means less gas against the piston ie less force on the bolt carrier how will this cause damage if very little gas makes it to the piston beyond turning the rifle into a single shot?
