Ridgeline Presents: The Shakedown - FN SCAR Mk20S Sniper Support Rifle

i think maybe this guy deserves your support.
he explains why i chose the Scar 20S as my one gun to have if the schiff hits the fan.

Informative review. I liked seeing the rapid 5-shots per cube and the effect of heat.
I wonder how much the front/back movement of the target in the wind affected the initial accuracy testing?

I found this video the other day on youtube as well. Very good review. I check my 20S as soon as I got it from my FFL. The screws in the stock are indeed loose. However I feel like I was not able to tighten it all the way because I am not sure if the thread behind those screws are aluminum plastic so I don't want over tighten it.

Good review. The MOA results are slightly disappointing to me. I expect more out of that rifle.

Annnnd the stock starts to fall apart. Wow, com'on FN!

most examples shoot a lot better, including mine.
the only exceptions i am aware of had loose barrel bolts that were not tightened even close to spec.
at least he didn't take forever to shoot his groups.

That is a legit review, not what most of youtubers do these days.

I agree with you on this being the one rifle I would grab for the SHTF. Being an accurate, reliable, semi auto that can do more than just long range.

I will say though, I found the recoil to be quite mild with the Scar 20, it feels smoother than my 17.
