Ohio and Michigan Stay At Home Protests

Saw the protests against the Stay at Home orders in Ohio and looks like one is also scheduled in Michigan. Resistance is building, it's taken longer than I expected.

She really likes the power over people. Like most progressives they really know what's better for you than you do and they're doing it for your own good.

I wouldn't limit it to just the Democrats. Tyrants of both parties are coming out of the woodwork right now, tripping over themselves to limit freedom and liberty.

I hope protests like this spread. Corona is serious, but the threat of government oppression and Constitutional rights being continually violated is far, far worse. I'm actually surprised we haven't seen a violent push back of some type yet.

Sad to say, It's concerning how tyrannical some states have become in such a short time with little justification of the draconian restrictions on constitutional rights. Seems the Michigan governor is right at the top of the list. Remember they're doing this for your own good so it's justified, bill of rights be damned.

...... I'm just not seeing people waiting to get home! too start drinking their Frozen Daiquiris!

Bars petition for executive order allowing carry-out cocktails, to-go alcohol

Owners of almost 30 bars and hospitality groups around Michigan have joined forces to petition Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the Michigan Liquor Control Commission to allow the temporary sale of carry-out cocktails and other drinks.

Looks like the protests are spreading, as I'm now seeing several scheduled for next week in Kansas. Hopefully they'll be better attended than the 2A Rally in February was.

Besides the EO on church gatherings how much stricter is Kansas vs Mo. Other than eateries doing take out only and Barbers and Hairstylists being closed, life in my neck of the woods is pretty much normal.
